Hello Anthony, I am very sorry that you have had a challenging experience with Kadin and our dealership. From my understanding, you were under the impression that your new K5 came with wireless Car Play, and upon taking delivery of it discovered that once you upgrade the EX to the Premium Package you do not get wireless Car Play. For whatever reason KIA engineered the car in such a way that with the Premium Package the car does not support wireless capability. If you had issues getting ahold of myself or my fellow sales managers, I am sorry about that. We are usually quick to get back to calls and such, not sure what happened this time around. It was not our intention to neglect this. I do hope that you are enjoying the car, and hope that you understand that we have not control over the design and equipment these cars come with. They are built the same across the US, and are delivered as equipped. Hopefully in the future KIA will be able to accommodate both the upgraded package along with the wireless Car Play. If there is ever a software update that allows this, you will be the first one to know. Thank you for your business and feedback. We are always looking to improve our process and customer experience.
