I had to bring my car in for an engine light diagnostic. When the past arrived, I received a text from Andrea Villa in Service Department and she set up my appointment with Luis Mendoza (my go to Service Consultant), she said that she would have a loaner car ready for me when I arrived. I showed up at 8:30, talked with Luis for a few minutes, then hopped in my lane car and left. The car was ready that afternoon, so I dropped off the loaner car in the morning.
