Beware for hidden Costs I was drawn to the dealership because of a low price of a Certified Used car. Only to discover during the final offer that the price advertised did no I was drawn to the dealership because of a low price of a Certified Used car. Only to discover during the final offer that the price advertised did not include a pre-installed Car Theft tracking device. This is a tactic used by many SoCal dealerships by advertising a benchmark low-price while not disclosing these "After Market" devices. Such a shame, that this dealership has to resort to this. More

I was deciding whether or not to buy out the vehicle after the lease. After previously receiving extremely poor service from other dealers and other service departments, I was leaning toward not purchasing the vehicle. After having it serviced from Kia Garden Grove and with Jacob's constant and dependable communication, I have now purchased my previously leased vehicle.
