Not only was Garden Grove Kia fair in terms of price (considering this car is marked up everywhere right now), but Kadin reached out on a Friday morning when a model matching our search unexpectedly became available because a reservation fell through, and he gave us the chance to test drive the car that afternoon. No sales pressure or gimmicks from Kadin, but plenty of enthusiasm and deep knowledge of all of the vehicle's quirks and features. Trade-in of our old car was easy and we are loving our new Telly! More

Easy-Peasy Not relevant to most, but I'm on the family & friends program, so..... No avenue for getting deeper in my my pocket so the motivation was to get me done and gone in the minimum of time. Sold me a Volt electric hybrid without a charger. I asked twice while I was there about the home charger. When we first got to the car to see it, I asked him if it comes with the charger he said yes. Then twice while I was there about the home charger. When we first got to the car to see it, I asked him if it comes with the charger he said yes. Then assuming it’s just in some compartment, I didn’t ask until the end again before I drove off, “Hey, where is the charger?” What proceeded after was a series of lies. First, Roy said he would order it the day of Monday (sale made on Saturday) to arrive same day. Then on Monday, Roy made a request for the charger to arrive on Wednesday. On Wednesday, Roy was yet to make the request. This charger holds a $400 value that is actually of utility in most cases. An electric hybrid with no charger. More
