I have filed a formal complaint with Kia. I was sold a “Certified Pre-Owned” vehicle that immediately needed almost $1.000 in repairs. I was also promised my extended warranty would cover thi I was sold a “Certified Pre-Owned” vehicle that immediately needed almost $1.000 in repairs. I was also promised my extended warranty would cover things that it doesn’t. I was mislead and they will make no effort to rectify the issues. What started off as a wonderful experience quickly turned into anything but. Extremely disappointing. More
