While waiting for service rep to get us checked in our car battery died. The rep quoted us a price for new battery. We declined as the cost was very high. Rep tried to tell me that the price was compar car battery died. The rep quoted us a price for new battery. We declined as the cost was very high. Rep tried to tell me that the price was comparable to where I was going to buy batter. Dealer price was more than double the price, rep said he would give discount. We still declined. Service work was done, my wife asked if the car could be washed and rep said no because of the issue with the battery. When we picked up car, different rep said the car was fine and battery was safe to drive home. Will not work with that rep again. Wish I would have gotten the name of the rep when we picked up the car. Definitely would call him for next service. More
