My experience was absolutely great, my sales rep Cesar was informative, direct and honest. The finance department is one of the best I have ever worked with, they were able to custom tailor a package that was informative, direct and honest. The finance department is one of the best I have ever worked with, they were able to custom tailor a package that was acceptable, met my requiements and in the end it was a very good deal for both of us...I have never participated in a customer survey but felt compelled because this dealership can provide a lot of examples to others on how to sell and ultimately make a deal come together where the buyer feels good about the expereince, the financing and most importantly thier new car. So it is with respect and gratitude that I am happy to share my expereince, especially being a disbaled veteran who feels really good about the purchase a month after the sale. I took my friend Evelyn in a week ago to look at cars - this was the 8th dealership i took her too in 2 days - she is the most difficult person to shop with - she nit picks over every little detail, for in this was the 8th dealership i took her too in 2 days - she is the most difficult person to shop with - she nit picks over every little detail, for instance, she doesn't like the light bulbs, she thinks it should be white and not red. She doesn't like that the radio console is slightly tilted in the drivers direction, she doesn't like so many little things it's quite hillarious but so true. Sincere was such a wonderful sales person. He used a soft sell approach (which I believe is just his personality). He answered all questions and concerns and didn't let up with any of her concerns and finally he gave her a nice price reduction if she made a decision by 4pm (which was 20 minutes away) - he did this once he asked her if she basically liked everything about the car with the exception of a couple minor issues at that point - she said yes. He knew how to close the deal with kindness and poise. This is a terrific salesperson - no joke - he's is totally knowledgable about all aspects of the vehicle - he knows when to say something and when not too - if you are thinking of going to Mazda to look at vehicles I strongly suggest you head to Hempstead Mazda (we went from Hicksville) and ask for Sincere - you won't regret it.
