Stopped by Garden City Mazda on the evening of July 30, because I had been working in the area that day, and they had a used Mazda2 that I wanted to look at. They were all friendly and attentive. Henry V. took me on the test drive, then afterwards we negotiated a fair price with no fuss. I liked that there were no sales gimmicks or surprise charges. Everything was just straightforward. Henry stayed late past closing time that night so that I could get insurance and take the car home right away. I recently purchased a new 2014 CX-5 Grand Touring and was extremely happy with my overall experience at GC Mazda. When I came back for a second test drive MIke just handed me the keys and said take the car out...........no strings attached. Once my wife and I were satisfied, we sat down with Mike and were able to agree on a VERY aggressive price and options. The car we wanted was not in stock so Mike researched and found the vehicle at another dealership. To our amazement, he not only found the car we wanted but it had some extra accessories that were included at no extra charge. When it came time to pick up our car, all involved parties at the dealership (Mike Tino,finance, service, management) were extremely friendly and seemed to be looking to establish a long term relationship with me.....very encouraging! Mike Tino spent an hour with us just going over the basics of the car so I felt very prepared to leave the dealership with a great uinderstanding of my new cars capabilities and sophisticated options. All in all, my overall experience is one in which I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and the rest of the GC Mazda team to friends and family. More

The lease was up on my Nissan Rogue and did not want another Nissan. I began to shop around for Honda CRV, Ford Escape, Toyota Rav 4, and Mazda CX5. After test driving them all my top pick was the CX5. I visited 2 Mazda dealerships in my area and neither could price the CX5 within my price range. I had just about given up on the CX5 and put down a deposit on another car. While on my way to finalize the paperwork for this car I passed Garden City Mazda and decided to give it one last shot. Since it was the end of the month and near closing time the dealership was busy. I was greeting by Joe Arena and I explained that I know what car I want and was interested if they could beat or match the price of the car I had put a deposit down on. After a running a few options Joe was able to get me the exact car I wanted at an unbeatable price. The other Mazda dealerships I was dealing with could not come close to the price Garden City Mazda offered. If your in the market for a Mazda then you must go to Garden City Mazda! Joseph Arena the Sales Manager also very knowledgeable about his product, was open and honest and took the time to sit down and go over the financing numbers always keeping in mind what made sense with my budget.
