Bravo to the team at Garden City Mazda! I had an excellent experience and want everyone to know about it. No hard sell here, its a low pressure environment and I really felt that my needs and time were respected. Josh answered all of my questions about the car and assured me that they had it in stock for immediate delivery. Once I made the decision to go ahead with the lease I was introduced to Anthony Antonetti in finance. Anthony was great and suggested some options for additional warranties on tires and other repairs that will come up during the lease term. We have all had experiences of wanting to run out of a dealership because of how uncomfortable it can be, it's the exact opposite here and I'm definitely a happy customer! I would recommend them to everyone in the market for a new car. More
I went to this dealership to help my mom purchase or lease a new car. Her and I had bad experiences with buying a car before, and from there on I never trusted a car salesman again. However, I was very suprised to not only how friendly Henry was to us, but also how helpful he was in making a great decision on a car. Mr. Henry Villafuerte has single handedly changed my negative views on car salesman. I was very suprised to how he made the options for buying or leasing the car very clear, and how he made the numbers simple for me and my mom to understand. Mr. Henry Villafuerte was patient and understanding to my mom's worries in purchasing a car. He also provided her with very good answers to my mom's worries. I was there to help my mom make a good decision, but in all honesty, i did not even need to be there because Henry did more than that. He helped my mom make a great decision, and my mom could not stop talking about how great her experience was at Garden City Mazda to our friends and family (which she has never done before when purchasing a car). Good job Mr. Henry Villafuerte, i honestly believe that you were NOT just there to sell us a car, but to genuinely and sincerely help us make a great decision in leasing our brand new mazda cx5. Now for the first time, i have someone to recommend to my friends and family when they are interested in buying a car. More
I just picked my 2014 Mazda 3 from Garden City Mazda and my experience was wonderful. No hassle what so ever. My salesperson Luis Espinal and he was great. He has lots of patience, professional, soft spoken and a great set of hair on his head. Luis Espinal is a true professional in the business, during the course of the transaction he emailed me, and call me several times. He does not only cared about making the sale but to make sure you were happy. He was a little pushy at times but that to expected from a salesperson. But I thought overall he was perfect man for the job and I would recommend him highly. More
I recently purchased a 2014 Mazda 6 from Garden City Mazda and I was very pleased with the whole experience. The first evening I stopped into the showroom, George showed me the car, explained all the f Mazda and I was very pleased with the whole experience. The first evening I stopped into the showroom, George showed me the car, explained all the features, and quoted me a great price. When I came back for a test drive, Cesar helped me. Both salesmen were very friendly and knowledgeable; they gave me all the information I needed and patiently answered all of my questions and never applied any pressure to buy. Once I drove the car I decided to buy it, and Cesar prepared the initial paperwork and followed through 'till I picked up the car. He was very accommodating when I could not pick up the car on the scheduled date because of a snowstorm. When I did pick it up, he went over all of the features of the car very clearly and thoroughly (and there are a lot of features!) and explained everything I needed to know. I then met with Eddie to arrange the financing and complete the paperwork, and instead of it being very stressful and intimidating, he made it easy and comfortable. Everything was straight forward and open. I've had the car for almost a week now and I love it. I thank Cesar, Eddie, and George - they were great! And I highly recommend the Garden City Mazda dealership. More

This is the second time that I have done business with Garden City Mazda and it was a pleasure to do business with this dealership again. Josh Niles was an excellent sales professional. He demonstrated an excellent knowledge base of the Mazda product line. Most importantly, he listed to our needs and assisted us in making an excellent choice -- the CX-5. The purchase experience was extremely smooth and we received a very fair trade in value for our vehicle. We only made two visits to the dealership -- one to negotiate a deal and one to pick up the vehicle. The fact that we were able to negotiate a deal with only one visit is a clear example of the courteous and customer service oriented experience that you will get when you deal with Josh at Garden City Mazda. Anthony Antonetti was equally as courteous and customer service oriented. He presented the extended warranty and other additional coverages in a clear and concise manner. There was no pressure to purchase but I did purchase two coverages which made sense since I plan to keep the CX-5 for quite some time. I have every intention of doing business with Garden City Mazda again. If you are in the market for a Mazda, check this dealership out -- I doubt very much that you will regret it! More

Just bought a 2014 Mazda 6, through Raydenisse. Went on-line and submitted a request for a price quote, through Mazda USA's main web site, from three dealers. Garden City Mazda was the only one that st on-line and submitted a request for a price quote, through Mazda USA's main web site, from three dealers. Garden City Mazda was the only one that stepped-up, and Raydenisse gave me a straight-forward, fair and serious price quote right from the start, via e-mail. That was enough to get me into the dealership, and Raydenisse was a pleasure to deal with. The price she quoted was the one we worked with, no surprises or sudden "fees" at the end of the transaction. Entire process was smooth and Raydenisse was thoroughly professional throughout. I could have wished for a bit more comprehensive answer to a couple of service questions I had from service department staff, and had to endure a hard-sell for an extended warranty at the very end of the process, but these were minor issues. She readily suggested a test drive, was patient and interested in the questions I asked, and knowledgeable about the Mazda 6. Her walk-through as part of the delivery process was especially thorough in terms of the Bluetooth/Infotainment system, which is a new feature for me, and she made it a lot easier to understand. The last Mazda I owned (a 1999 Protege ES, bought brand-new) ran for over 400,000 miles... if and when I'm ready for a new vehicle, I'd happily go back to Garden City Mazda for another car, and would strongly recommend anyone considering not just a Mazda, but any competitive vehicle, to go on-line, get the info on a comparable Mazda vehicle, and see what this dealership can do for you to make it happen. And, I'm happy to recommend Raydenisse Pujols as well. More
What can you say about people who understand that your time is valuable. When you make an appointment with GC Mazda service they keep it, and whats more, when they say 1 hour it is one hour unless there time is valuable. Its nice to work with a dealership's service staff that understands that no one likes sitting around for hours, especially when you only have that day to run the other errands you have. Always a smile and a friendly voice whether in person or on the phone they understand the value in customer service. More
