After walking away from the car at another dealership, Mike convinced me to lease again (when I was dead set against it) and worked out the deal that was agreeable to me. My only disappointment was working with Karen in Finance. She wasn't able to upsell me on the available programs and extra coverage and was borderline unprofessional. She made me feel uncomfortable and it was an unfortunate way to really close out the process. I work in sales and understand the pressure to make a sale, but it's important to keep your cool and let the customer know you just have to explain the options etc. She outright made me feel like a moron for not taking an extended bumper to bumper warranty and told me that I will need to keep EVERY RECORD of EVERY oil change and service on the car over the next 36 months bc I didn't sign up for a $16 /month service fee. I have leased with other auto makers in the past and have NEVER heard of this. Consulted someone else who just leased a Mazda and they weren't told this policy. I feel like it was a scare tactic and I didn't appreciate it. More

Misled on what I was getting It was not clearly communicated what my options were on the different packages and I feel that I was misled and no one cares to call me back from mana It was not clearly communicated what my options were on the different packages and I feel that I was misled and no one cares to call me back from management. When I picked up the car, no one got in the car and explained anything. The salesman was more interested in getting home. I thought I was getting the heads up display and heated steering wheel and was later told that was a different package,after I signed my lease. But no one ever discussed the packages with me in the negotiation. I asked for a fully load car and was led to believe that the Grand Touring came fully loaded, never knew there was a premium package. When I called to speak with management, no one calls back. All I feel I was is another number to meet the quota and have had a bad customer service experience. I am extremely disappointed. More

Manager George S. stood out to me, he worked tirelessly to get me my best lease deal possible on a my 2017.5 6 Touring! Not only was I 8 months early with my turn in but I was over the mileage by a considerable margin, it was an extremely complicated deal but George made it happen and recommended I come in on Presidents’ Day weekend to do so! This is my fourth 6 and I just love them, they just keep getting better and better and the service Dept here keeps all my Mazda’s running perfectly and problem free! I highly recommend this dealer if you want to be treated fairly and get the best deal without being pressured in anyway shape or form, it truly was a wonderful buying experience once again! More

I bought two CX-5 2017 Mazda recently and with Cesar's help and advice I want to commend the Garden City Mazda dealership for employing Cesar Reinoso. I bought two CX-5 2017 Mazda recently and with Cesar's help and advice i was able to get the best deal available. He was available to me and my wife at any given time to answer questions or to demonstrate any feature of the car which needed explanation. Phone calls were always answered and he has been constantly patient and knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure to do business with him.. My husband already owns a Mazda and he had such a great experience. When I wanted to trade my car in this past week, we decided to go to Mazda and see what cards they had, etc. The personal, understanding, beautiful soul that Joshua our sales rep, possesses, is unlike any we have seen in 3 decades of car shopping! To top it off we were beyond impressed and thankful for Barbara, Karen and George the Sales Manager who went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. Joshua truly was amazing, beginning to end, a kindness one only can equate to a loving family. We were floored at the service and I am absolutely in love with my new CX-3! Thank you for all that you stand for and for all your help! We will definitely see you in the next couple of years for another car. More
