Awful service center I took my Mazda3 to the service center a month after buying the car. I brought it in because my engine belt was shredding. After waiting 2 hours they I took my Mazda3 to the service center a month after buying the car. I brought it in because my engine belt was shredding. After waiting 2 hours they told me my car was ready. As I drove away the engine belt immeditaly snapped again within a minute. When I went back I found they put the wrong sized belt on my car. How can a mechanic shop that specizales in mazda, not know the correct belt size for their own cars!? Awful experience would not recommend the dealer or service center. More

Easy, Breezy, and Very Straight Forward I was referred here to see Cesar and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. When I first met him, I was nervous as this is my first car bein I was referred here to see Cesar and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. When I first met him, I was nervous as this is my first car being purchased in NY, I'm from VA. After speaking with him for just a short time I knew when I found my car insurance this was the place to purchase the car. I came in on Sunday and returned Tuesday with my insurance. Cesar made me feel so special the way he took his time with me and explained everything even sitting in the car to go over cool features and the ones his wife loves.
