My salesman, Michael Gerlack seemed more interested in making sure the CX5 I was leasing was the right fit for my needs rather than up selling me to a vehicle out of my budget. He patiently explained all the options available to me. When I seemed a little unsure, he told me not to rush into a decision if I was unsure but to think it over for a day or two. His Manager, Mike came over to meet us and I got the feeling that he also would rather have a happy customer than just another sale. More
