Very Good Experience I was contacted by Keith Butterfield at Garden City Mazda after inquiring about a car I saw online. He informed me that he car I saw was already sold, I was contacted by Keith Butterfield at Garden City Mazda after inquiring about a car I saw online. He informed me that he car I saw was already sold, but asked me what else I might be interested in. Mind you, at this point I already had a deposit down at another Mazda dealership that was much more convenient for me to get to. I didn’t exactly want to drive to Hempstead because it would be 45 minutes in traffic I didn’t want to deal with on a Saturday. Nonetheless, I spoke with Keith about another vehicle I saw on their site. Keith was very easy to talk to. You know how car salespeople have a reputation for being pushy? Not Keith. He was patient, a great listener, and put me at ease. He also helped me realize that I was about to purchase a vehicle from the other dealership that was overpriced. We found the exact same car, with almost the same amount of miles, with more features (cargo cover, roof rails, all-weather mats) that I had a deposit on already. I decided to go out to Garden City Mazda to test-drive the vehicle. It was a great experience. I had my five-year-old daughter with me, who normally is very shy and doesn’t speak to anyone - and Keith even made her comfortable. He is a very easygoing guy, with a great sense of humor - and most importantly, was not pushy in any way at all. He was honest and very easy to work with. He even picked me up in Brooklyn on the day I was ready to get my new car, to make it more convenient for me. If you visit Garden City Mazda, ask for Keith. You won’t be disappointed. I love my 2016 CX-5 Grand Touring, in Navy Blue with beige leather interior. Exactly what I wanted. I’m enjoying driving it so much. Let me add, that I was a long-time HONDA loyalist who decided to switch to Mazda. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and my experience at Garden City Mazda. More

Though we had to go a different route, amazing experience It's terrible when you're having to shop for a car as a result of an accident, but Mimi Apara took my call on a stressful afternoon (for me), and help It's terrible when you're having to shop for a car as a result of an accident, but Mimi Apara took my call on a stressful afternoon (for me), and helped me with the current offers on the CX-3s that were available. She went over 2 trims, explained each ones exact costs since budget was my priority, and upon my request sent me the VIN#s of each by email to help me get an exact quote from my insurance co as well. That evening the wife and I barely made it right before they were closing and Mimi still helped us without any rush, showing us all the features of each model, showing me a 3 way comparison on the sales lot of even a 3rd model etc. While in the end we did go with an alternative choice strictly because of budget reasons, between the way she presented the dealership and the Mazda CX-3s there is no doubt we would have signed with her this weekend. Her professionalism and courteousness deserves notice, because we have had a week of insanely unpleasant experiences with many other dealerships. Including 1 right down the road from them. More
