No mention was given regarding the Mazda loyalty program ($500 discount for having a second Mazda). We were promised the SUV car the next day; it came a week later. I live in PA! We were there from 4pm-1 ($500 discount for having a second Mazda). We were promised the SUV car the next day; it came a week later. I live in PA! We were there from 4pm-10pm because there was only one finance rep there. Could never get a 'yes' or 'no' answer from my rep Hassan Chowdhury. This was the worse experience I've had in my car buying activity over 75 years. Mr. Hunter (finance rep) was the only seemingly decent person there professional and efficient. More
