I don't know how they do it, but you'd think the car was running on electric power; the engine is practically silent and there is no idling vibration. That's worth an A+ every time. My only regret? Although I leave a gratuity for the service personnel, I wish I had asked for their names. I hereby promise to do that next time! Meanwhile, give them 5 stars! And here's the extra...in two mandatory annual NY inspections since purchase, I've gone to the service window to pay the bill only to have Mike Aktay hand me the invoice with a cheerful "No charge, Mr. K."
