Each time I put my Mazda 6 in the hands of the Garden City Mazda service crew, I know that I'm going to drive off completely satisfied with the car's Each time I put my Mazda 6 in the hands of the Garden City Mazda service crew, I know that I'm going to drive off completely satisfied with the car's performance. I don't know how they do it, but you'd think the car was running on electric power; the engine is practically silent and there is no idling vibration. That's worth an A+ every time. My only regret? Although I leave a gratuity for the service personnel, I wish I had asked for their names. I hereby promise to do that next time! Meanwhile, give them 5 stars! And here's the extra...in two mandatory annual NY inspections since purchase, I've gone to the service window to pay the bill only to have Mike Aktay hand me the invoice with a cheerful "No charge, Mr. K." More

Sales less familiar with car than they ought to be. Salesperson nice, but in my opinion not well trained. front license plate not installed - left for me to take care of at my own cost ($30). Waited long time to close deal after making apptmt. Financing/closing agent very competent. Could do without the upsellung tho. More
