We dealt with other salespeople before coming to this dealership, and the contrast in service was incredible. Keith is knowledgeable, transparent, personable, and not pushy whatsoever. There was no stress, which was important because we were closing on our first-home the very same weekend. After initially meeting with another dealership, we trusted we were getting the best fair price, and wouldn't go anywhere else for future car needs. The car itself is everything we were looking for, and we are very happy about our purchase. He served as a valuable docent thru the process of selecting a new car, returning our car off of lease, handling the insurance and the paper work and giving us a great orientation to the new model. As we drove off, we felt that we were valued customers who were treated with respect, got the car that we wanted and feeling like it was a fair price so that both the dealer and we profited. More
