Mike A and crew create a very merry and serious experience and are very respectful towards you and your car. They are very good at what they do in signing you in with their job experience. Mike is very social while working which shows tremendous respect and friendliness towards a customer. This makes one feel very comfortable and trustworthy. Could not be better! The mechanics, though not seen, perform excellent work on your car. Derek Payne has been my sales manager for both leases for my CX 5's. Overcharged. Misinformed I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem. I took my 2014 mazda 3 in for new tires and an oil change last week. An hour into the servic I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem. I took my 2014 mazda 3 in for new tires and an oil change last week. An hour into the service the advisor calls me and tells me both sets of brakes are metal on metal and that I would need new rotors and brake pads, which is more costly than a traditional pad replacement. He told me that I was told back in February at my service then that I needed new brakes. When I went home I checked my paperwork. I did need new brakes in February, but only in the back. My front brakes were listed as above 50% life remaining. Either I was misinformed in February or I was misinformed last week, but either way it cost me a repair I shouldn’t have paid for. I have reached out to the service department by email but they have not responded, and it has been over a week. I won’t be going back. More
