Didn’t care for the financing lady though. Made me very uncomfortable and tried forcing deals on me. I genuinely dislike those situations. Only reason I may consider getting my next car from a vending machine. More

Poor customer service Leased two cars over the years. Last one returned in July 2018. The vehicle was stolen off the dealers lot in September, we received a notice from the Leased two cars over the years. Last one returned in July 2018. The vehicle was stolen off the dealers lot in September, we received a notice from the police department and responded with documents that it was returned to dealer. Next we received a lien from DMV for storage charges from a body shop for $ 4,500. Unable to register any of our vehicles with DMV for four months. Spoke with sales Manager Michael D'Andrea & Michael Renaud, both never solving this issue & not returning calls. Unbelievable poor & nightmare experience for our family. More

He explained every function and periodically calls to see if there is anything else that we would need from him or the dealership. The service department is great. Always on time and smiling. The department is always kept neat as well. I do wish that they had a more modern facility but they really do try to keep you happy. By far the best dealership experience I've had and this is my 4th car. More

Keith was different we sat down and had reasonable conversations regarding price and needs. I came out with a deal of which I am satisfied and I felt great driving away in my new car. Garden City Mazda is worth the trip if you're looking for a no frills no bs car buying experience. More
