I returned to GC Mazda for my 6 month oil change and had It is rare to find honesty with many car dealerships but my experience today certainly was! I returned to GC Mazda for my 6 month oil change and had my punch card allowing me a free change with me. I handed that in and went to wait in the customer waiting room. After a few minutes I was called back to Service where I was told by the mechanic that my car was very clean and did not need an oil change as I had put on very little mileage since my last oil change.. They reset the computer and told me to return in September. They even returned my punch card... so I can use that next time. I was very impressed with how honest and helpful they were. I learned of this website and felt I had to write a review to let others know how pleased I am with this dealership and the Mazda brand. It is my third one in a row and I am a loyal customer. More

Always a pleasant experience I leased a new CX3 I Aug. 2017 from GC Mazda, and have had them service the car since that time. I can make an appt. online, they have weekend appts. When I arrive they take the car right in, have a waiting area set up while they take care of the car, and come get you as soon as the work is completed. The service people are very friendly, and they take care of the car quickly and efficiently. All around a great experience. More
