Replacement of a defective navigation disc Went in for a replacement for the known defective navigation disc in my CX-5. I thought it would be a 30 second fix, trade one disc for the next but Went in for a replacement for the known defective navigation disc in my CX-5. I thought it would be a 30 second fix, trade one disc for the next but was informed that they needed to update all of the software onto the disc so that's why it took a bit longer than expected. Totally reasonable explanation. The problem was fixed and I went on my merry way. More
