He also kept us well informed even when he was off 1 day. Terrible Service Department Totally mismanaged service! Buy your car anywhere but here. Sales Department is competent and knowledgeable - BUT- then you get to Service which shoul Totally mismanaged service! Buy your car anywhere but here. Sales Department is competent and knowledgeable - BUT- then you get to Service which should be called Disservice! I love my car which is only 3 months old, I previously owned a 2016 and returned in 2019 to purchase a new model. Have been trying to schedule an appointment to have a remote start installed, numerous phone calls, never getting past the scheduling person (apparently they outsource that part of the business!) who know NOTHING - the dealership encourages scheduling appointments online - the dealership prides itself advertising SUNDAY appointments which is fine but apparently they do not get to view the reason for appointment- so you arrive there after receiving a online confirmation - and they do not a mechanic on hand to install the remote start. Asking why I wasn't notified and was told we don't view the reason for appointment- just a date and time for the appointment. I could go on MANY other issues - NUMEROUS calls to the dealership and NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! Oh, as a side point do not believe the salesman when they say loaner car- not true, you have to have major engine problems or body work to get a loaner. Worst mistake burying a car from Garden City Mazda. My BAD I should have checked online postings for recent reviews before making my purchase. More

Everything from trading my car in, to finance, to information about the car and service has been nothing but smooth transitions. Compared to other dealers that I've been to *ahem Paragon Honda* I feel like I've struck gold. This was honestly the nicest experience of purchasing a new car. I had a BAD experience with Honda across the street 2 years ago in contrast to the excellent care including the cashier. Wonderful experience overall. Love you guys.
