Terrible Service Department Totally mismanaged service! Buy your car anywhere but here. Sales Department is competent and knowledgeable - BUT- then you get to Service which shoul Totally mismanaged service! Buy your car anywhere but here. I love my car which is only 3 months old, I previously owned a 2016 and returned in 2019 to purchase a new model. Have been trying to schedule an appointment to have a remote start installed, numerous phone calls, never getting past the scheduling person (apparently they outsource that part of the business!) who know NOTHING - the dealership encourages scheduling appointments online - the dealership prides itself advertising SUNDAY appointments which is fine but apparently they do not get to view the reason for appointment- so you arrive there after receiving a online confirmation - and they do not a mechanic on hand to install the remote start. Asking why I wasn't notified and was told we don't view the reason for appointment- just a date and time for the appointment. I could go on MANY other issues - NUMEROUS calls to the dealership and NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! Oh, as a side point do not believe the salesman when they say loaner car- not true, you have to have major engine problems or body work to get a loaner. Worst mistake burying a car from Garden City Mazda. My BAD I should have checked online postings for recent reviews before making my purchase. More
