Waited weeks for a car because the title was “lost”, just to feel like I was the “hassle” by asking for updates on what was going on or if I can test drive on the day of pick up. Terrible terrible terrible customer service, and I mean a 6 year old would be more pleasant to deal with. But hey, great cars. And that’s why they act the way they do id imagine. I had posted the above post maybe 2 weeks ago, throughout this time since I’ve purchased the vehicle august 28th has found to have had “warped rotors” which after a hassle back and forth, was paid for by garden city. To then have vibration issues still, to then find out 2/4 tires need to be replaced. To then call garden city in which I’ve been dealing with ray brown, to then be told the tires were sold with a minimum standard. If they were sold with a minimum standard, they wouldn’t be shaking or need replacement. So just so everyone knows, I put 4,000$ down to then be near 1500$ in repair costs within a month of purchasing the vehicle. I take back the above statement, because these people don’t certify vehicles the correct way let alone if they are at all. I would never do business here again, leaving “certified vehicles” to be repaired by the new owners. More
My husband and I both got vehicles this past weekend from Garden City Mazda and could not be happier with the process. We dealt with saleswoman Cavene , F&I Keith, and GSM Ray Brown. Their prices were unbeat Garden City Mazda and could not be happier with the process. We dealt with saleswoman Cavene , F&I Keith, and GSM Ray Brown. Their prices were unbeatable, they got my husband out of his lease early, into a new and upgraded Mazda 6 and I got a sick deal on a CX5. I cannot thank Ray and Cavene enough for their hard work, making sure the transaction was smooth and that we were in and out of the dealership within a mere 2 hours. More importantly they were honest and upfront and didn’t waste our time. Easily the best car buying experience we’ve had in a while. We are both so happy with our new vehicles. More
Idk how this dealership has 4+ stars review. I would give it 0 or negative if I can. Absolutely waste of my time, you will need to pay $2000 on top of the used CPO (xx fees) car price. I brought a vehicle for an inspection, it had an issue which I had prior knowledge of and was expecting they'd pay particular attention to it. At pick up I got a list of "issues" that needed to be address which I had prior knowledge of and was expecting they'd pay particular attention to it. At pick up I got a list of "issues" that needed to be addressed and they didn't bother to diagnose the one I knew about coming in. I took the vehicle to another mechanic and double checked the supposed issues I needed to get repaired with them. Most of them were made up and not an accurate representation. I'm doubtful that the service center is honest when it comes to their business. I won't be bringing my car to them again and would caution others to make sure they don't get tricked into paying for something that they don't need. More

When they want you to buy they communicate well but they made a mistake with my bill promised me a refund due to their error and has been over a month and they didn’t get back to me. I have reached out to them multiple times and nobody got back to me. I have cAlled and been put on hold for an hour and then i try to cancel the extended warranty I bought with them they are avoidant on telling me how. I can’t recommend buying from them. Went here with my dad to purchase a used car for him. We had a positive experience with the salesman and the car runs great, but we've had an extremely negative experience getting an overpayment refund chec had a positive experience with the salesman and the car runs great, but we've had an extremely negative experience getting an overpayment refund check sent to us. Between the deposit, the trade in value, and the bank checks it turned out that we overpaid by over $200 and they said we should expect a check in the mail. Almost 2 months later we have yet to receive anything. For almost a month we've been trying to get in contact with someone about it and it has been incredibly difficult to get someone to answer, and when they do answer we get unhelpful responses or promises of receiving things the next day that never come to fruition. This place has terrible communication practices so if you do decide to purchase a car from here, pray that you don't need to follow up with anything for any reason More
Unfortunately my last two visits and lease purchases have been bad! I am a loyalty customer and this is my fifth mazda with them. But i have experienced lies, different stories about cars on hold for me with been bad! I am a loyalty customer and this is my fifth mazda with them. But i have experienced lies, different stories about cars on hold for me with a $500 deposit that have been sold, twice a car promised has been sold, no call backs by management, no idea when i will get my check back because its been over three weeks and i still have no car and i have not been returned my money. This should have been an easy move into a new lease but has become a nightmare. Vary disappointing and may be my last car with them. More

I just purchased my first car today and I was so happy with the service provided. Roberto was AMAZING and so incredibly caring.
