Worked with Ray Brown. He was AMAZING!! We follow him to dealerships because he is truly genuine and not a “car salesman.” He treats everyone like family and is honest and a good person!! TLDR: These people agreed to sell me a car on 11/15/21 for $34k after taxes and fees should of been $37.5K. i have a car loan that is $39,393.08!. They lied added an additional 2K on my car loan. DO NOT T for $34k after taxes and fees should of been $37.5K. i have a car loan that is $39,393.08!. They lied added an additional 2K on my car loan. DO NOT TRUST THEM DO NOT BE NAIVE LIKE ME. THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL AND SWINDLE AS MUCH FROM YOU AS THEY CAN. DO NOT LET THEM PRETEND THEY ARE HONEST. These people are dishonest and they will take from you as much as they can. you try to come in and do business respectfully to be paid back with greed and taking money that you worked hard for, saved and sacrafice for to be taken advantage of. we all hear stories how dealerships will take advantage of you. Myself being naive thought i could be fair and be repsectfull. The dealer sells a car quickly for MSRP and i will finance through them. I walk away with a new car. That should be great deal for both of us. i was wrong, it wasnt for them. They wanted more cause its never enough for them. I told them i wanted to buy a car at MSRP and i was not interested in purchasing at marked up prices. The manager came over and agreed to sell me the car for $34,000. I signed the paperwork and left with a new car financed through them. I thought i bought a car for the agreed price of $34,000. With taxes which is 8.65% should be an additional $3,000. Dealer fees for NYS docs are $150, NYS inspection and tire taxes should come out to lets say $90. My expected price should of been around $37,500 (this is me rounding numbers). I receive my car loan bill and to my suprise I have a car loan for $39,393.08! where did the extra $2000 come from? this is after purchasing it on November 15th 2021. (by the way my interested is 5.29%) You figure the car prices and high demand would be enough for them but its not they will take as much as they can form you unknowingly. Below is proof, again where did i get an extra $2k tacked on? More

Waited weeks for a car because the title was “lost”, just to feel like I was the “hassle” by asking for updates on what was going on or if I can test drive on the day of pick up. Terrible terrible terrible c to feel like I was the “hassle” by asking for updates on what was going on or if I can test drive on the day of pick up. Terrible terrible terrible customer service, and I mean a 6 year old would be more pleasant to deal with. But hey, great cars. And that’s why they act the way they do id imagine. I had posted the above post maybe 2 weeks ago, throughout this time since I’ve purchased the vehicle august 28th has found to have had “warped rotors” which after a hassle back and forth, was paid for by garden city. To then have vibration issues still, to then find out 2/4 tires need to be replaced. To then call garden city in which I’ve been dealing with ray brown, to then be told the tires were sold with a minimum standard. If they were sold with a minimum standard, they wouldn’t be shaking or need replacement. So just so everyone knows, I put 4,000$ down to then be near 1500$ in repair costs within a month of purchasing the vehicle. I take back the above statement, because these people don’t certify vehicles the correct way let alone if they are at all. I would never do business here again, leaving “certified vehicles” to be repaired by the new owners. More
My husband and I both got vehicles this past weekend from Garden City Mazda and could not be happier with the process. We dealt with saleswoman Cavene , F&I Keith, and GSM Ray Brown. Their prices were unbeat Garden City Mazda and could not be happier with the process. We dealt with saleswoman Cavene , F&I Keith, and GSM Ray Brown. Their prices were unbeatable, they got my husband out of his lease early, into a new and upgraded Mazda 6 and I got a sick deal on a CX5. I cannot thank Ray and Cavene enough for their hard work, making sure the transaction was smooth and that we were in and out of the dealership within a mere 2 hours. More importantly they were honest and upfront and didn’t waste our time. Easily the best car buying experience we’ve had in a while. We are both so happy with our new vehicles. More
Idk how this dealership has 4+ stars review. I would give it 0 or negative if I can. Absolutely waste of my time, you will need to pay $2000 on top of the used CPO (xx fees) car price. There are many Mazda d it 0 or negative if I can. Absolutely waste of my time, you will need to pay $2000 on top of the used CPO (xx fees) car price. There are many Mazda dealerships that are straight up tell you what the out the door price is. Horrible management. More
I brought a vehicle for an inspection, it had an issue which I had prior knowledge of and was expecting they'd pay particular attention to it. At pick up I got a list of "issues" that needed to be address which I had prior knowledge of and was expecting they'd pay particular attention to it. At pick up I got a list of "issues" that needed to be addressed and they didn't bother to diagnose the one I knew about coming in. I took the vehicle to another mechanic and double checked the supposed issues I needed to get repaired with them. Most of them were made up and not an accurate representation. I'm doubtful that the service center is honest when it comes to their business. I won't be bringing my car to them again and would caution others to make sure they don't get tricked into paying for something that they don't need. More

But they were patient with me and stuck to their word . I dealt with Flo and she was wonderful. Would definitely get another car form them again Update July 21,2021 Had to give them 1 star. When they want you to buy they communicate well but they made a mistake with my bill promised me a refund due to their error and has been over a month and they didn’t get back to me. I have reached out to them multiple times and nobody got back to me. I have cAlled and been put on hold for an hour and then i try to cancel the extended warranty I bought with them they are avoidant on telling me how. I can’t recommend buying from them. They may have turned me off to Mazda’s overall More
It appears to be a big dealership. So you'd think this dealership is successful because of their great track record. But the face of the business is the first contact - the salesperson. AVOID one of the m dealership is successful because of their great track record. But the face of the business is the first contact - the salesperson. AVOID one of the most aggressive, arrogant, condescending, pushy, evasive, grubby, huffing-puffing-at-legitimate-questions salesmen in the entire world of car salesmen: ANDY POPKIN. (and that's the short list of descriptive adjectives). I took a long hot shower after spending too much time with this creep. More
