I bought a new 2010 Chrysler Town&Country Touring Car, fully loaded. Between Larry and Tom, all options for lowest cost were investigated and I am most pleased with the end result. I am usually an "Acura person" and thought Curry was the ultimate experience in auto sales and maintenance. Garden City Jeep Chrysler Dodge leaves Curry in the dust! I drive by this place all the time, and finally decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. What I did not get was the usual bum rush of sales people fighting for my commission. What i did get was a very smart, knowledgeable young lady who was able answer all of my questions without the usual runaround. She was extremely helpful in paring down all the choices available based on price, use, passenger, gas mileage, and ended up with a Journey. When I told her I wasn't ready to buy yet she didn't give me any attitude, and gave me a smile. I left without any bad vibes, and some knowledge on a future purchase. When I'm ready to buy, I'm going back to see Katie! More
I walked in with a buddy, looking at a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. We were greeted quickly by Katie who was very friendly. She walked the lot with us and showed us the vehicle we were looking at. The sales manager who never gave me a business card and whose name escapes me, is a humorless individual who resents being challenged on his price quotes. He is unprofessional in suggesting that perhaps "this is not the car for you" when an offer is made that is lower than he would like to hear. He does not seem to understand the negotiating process, and that if an offer is inadequate, he can simply reject it. Likewise, if a customer is quoted a price that is perceived as being excessively high, then he can simply walk out. This seems to be a process the sales manager is uncomfortable with, and his tolerance for customers seeking to get the best bang for their buck is remarkably low. This dealership generally is a three-ring circus. It seems very disorganized, with inordinate time delays for no apparent reason. Sales people seem to try to help several customers at once, and they must confer with the almighty sales manager for questions you would expect a seasoned sales rep to handle on her own. The sales reps all line up at the front desk for instructions from their micromanager like school children. My impression from a longer-than-necessary visit to this dealership is that it is "Mickey Mouse" and that the sales force apparently prefers dealing with poorly-educated, and unsophisticated consumers who can more readily be persuaded to accept an inflated price on a new vehicle. If you fit this profile, you may want to go here to get overcharged. They will probably treat you well if you overpay. More

This was my first attempt at purchasing a new car for the first time and trade in my used vehicle. After visiting 2 other dealerships, from the second I entered the dealership, the entire staff made me feel first time and trade in my used vehicle. With giving me absolute top dollar on my trade and the lowest possible price on my new purchase. The financing was explained to me slowly and in a language that I understood, and they didnt try to fast talk me with big financial words that I have never heard of. My sales rep carefully explained to me how to operate everything to me on my New Chrysler, and he even personally rewiped down my new car that had collected a little pollen. One thing that I felt as a warm touch was to meet with the owner and not because I had asked. The entrie staff truly does care about the dealership and my buying experience and I didnt feel that I was on an assembly line and just being rushed into a deal so that they could get to the next sale. I have recommended several people to buy their next new or used vehicle from Garden City Jeep and it was def worth the 25 mile drive. More
Went to this dealership to buy my used 2006 Jeep Commander and later, to get periodic service on it. The salesman, Mike, was EXTREMLY knowledgeable. The workers were very nice, and remember me whenever I go into there. My Jeep was ready for pick up when they said, and the prices were phenomenal.
