We sat their for hours trying to find the right new car for me and for the price I needed to pay for it. Then met with Tommy ( finance man), he made the contract signing as easy as it can be without trying too sell you every warranty in the world. I had such a polar opposite experience form my first car buying process. Everyone there made this process go as smooth as possible. Whenever I buy my next car, I know where I'm going. Now Getting to the service department is a different story I have to go back two times with my jeep the 1st time I waited over an hour befor I could even talk to someone. After they finally looked at the car another hour had passed so they told me they need to order a part and they will call me when it came in. a week later no call I finely found time to go back and they tell me I need to leave the car with them so they can run some test on the car. I explained I wouldn't mind dropping the car off in the morning but I need a loner right a way to get to work. the service manager told me that wouldnt be a problem they would have 1 waiting for me 1st thing in the morning. waited over an hour and a half befor someone finally drop a car off to me so now im late to work.....
