These guys are GREAT!!!!! I started working with Alex Gomez, Sales manager as I went through the Internet. He was prompt in his replies and answered all questions so I visited the dealership. In the showroom I worked with Ken S. who was professional and friendly. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. My wife and I enjoyed our visit and as long as they were close to the best price, I wanted to give them our business. They found the car with the EXACT features we were looking for. They ordered it without a deposit while we shopped around. I found the car for a much better price at Security Dodge but not only did I not like dealing with them, they lied numerous times, wouldn't return calls promptly and in the end, just too sleazy to give my money. Garden City worked with me and came pretty close to the best price. To be honest, I didn't mind spending a few hundred more to give them the business as customer service, honesty and friendship does cost money and they were well worth it. In the end, you get what you pay for. I came in at 10:30 on a Saturday to sign the papers and picked up the car at 5:00. The leasing manager didn't try to sell me extra's or try to change the deal. There was a small mistake in the paperwork which I think would have been beneficial to me but not sure. I pointed it out and they fixed immediately with a sincere apology. Mistakes do happen and every buyer should know what they are signing. I honestly can say I would NEVER by a car somewhere else if Garden City sold the same. For the first time in 15 years, I had a pleasurable experience when buying a car. These guys are now friends. Thank you!!!!!!! More

This is my 2nd time buying a car from this dealership. I find it very friendly not pushy in any way. My salesman Ken Skeen and I became more than salesman customer relationship.
