We stopped by Garden City Jeep on a Sunday afternoon, i did not realize it was close to closing time, but that did not stop Ken from taking his time and being thorough in his presentation of the vehicle (G did not realize it was close to closing time, but that did not stop Ken from taking his time and being thorough in his presentation of the vehicle (Grand Cherokee) as well as taking it for a nice test drive. When i shop for a new vehicle, i do not like like pressure from the dealer. I told Ken I was not going to buy the first time I saw and test drove the vehicle. Ken put no pressure on me whatsoever. I also dislike when a dealer asks what other cars i have looked at and then starts to criticize those cars. Ken did not do this at all, he only focused on the Grand Cherokee. Ken was professional and thorough in his presentation of the vehicle and was clear about what features and options were included and not included on the version i decided to pursue. After the deal was made, Ken kept me informed about the progress of the paperwork and the dealer made the arrangements with my insurance company. Also, any time i called and left a voice message for Ken he was prompt in returning my calls. I picked up my Jeep on a Saturday evening and Ken said he would call Monday to see if I had any questions. Ken indeed called me Monday afternoon but I was unavailable. It was gratifying to know Ken went the extra mile with his follow up. I will absolutely recomment this dealer to my friends and family. More
