By far the best interaction I ever had with a dealership. I told the sales person which car I was looking at, and he immediately got the keys for a test drive. The sales person didn't pressure me, or try to convince me to take it. He even gave me a copy of the worksheet to take home and think about. Then the manager came and thanked me for my interest in the vehicle and told me if I have any questions don't hesitate to call. The sales person didn't pressure me, nor did he try to persuade me. I told him I was gonna pass on the deal and left. I thought about the deal, and the friendliness of the staff and called back 30 minutes later to take the deal. When I got back, the paperwork was already started. They found 2 small scratches on the back seat, that I didn't even notice. The pointed it out to me, and told me to bring my car when I'm ready and they will replace the seats for me no charge. Very honest of them. They worked with me with the numbers and kept it right where I wanted it. The staff was so friendly and inviting. I drove all the way from manhattan plus tolls just to do business with them. I am a huge fan of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, so I stopped into Garden City Jeep to view this vehicle. Had planned on going to the dealership just to get some prices on Used/New Town & Country Vans...was introduced to Ken S. who was extreamly personable and knowledgeable with the vehicle. He promised us the car the next day by a certain time and came through on his promise. He called the morning we were picking up the car with the bank and the insurance company and by the time promised we had the car. He was even kind enough to help transfer 2 car seats and what ever junk we had reamaining in our old car to the new. He took the time to go over each and every feature of the car prior to driving it off the lot and made sure that we comfortable with the vehicle before we left the lot...and if we weren't to call him and he would go over whatever questions we had with him!
