I had been thinking about purchasing a newer Jeep Liberty since my 2005 had 120,000 miles and had seen better days. Being very familiar with the Jeep Brand I knew that i wanted to stick with a Jeep. After meeting and speaking with 3 complete strangers in the course of a month all 3 highly recommended Garden City Jeep. I decided to just head over and check out what deals were available on the '12 Liberty. The general manager introduced me to my salesman Jon Verrier. Jon took his time and reviewed everything about the car and pricing for all the different options. After the test drive I was still alittle undecided if, there was no salesmen pressure to buy or that I must leave a deposit. Absolutely no sales games whatsoever!! In the past when shopping for a vehicle the pressure to buy or you'll lose the sale is too much and very off putting. Jon V. Didn't pressure me at all to purchase anything. Jon was extremely knowledgable about all the features of all the different models and didn't mind answering all questions thrown at him. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Jeep Liberty and said goodbye to my 2005 Liberty that had served me so well. The added bonus' are the $8 oil changes and free inspections!! I've never heard of a dealer offering these services this low or free. I am happy to say that I am in love with my new Jeep and the experience I had with Garden City Jeep Chrysler Dodge. More

I will never go back to this place again. Basically I will never go back to this place again. Basically was being called stupid the whole time because I was shopping around for the best price and "w I will never go back to this place again. Then he comes back and throws papers down and kept saying "if you want to pursue this further". Really upsetting because It was so convenient to get too. Signed the paper work saturday and was ensured he would call me the next day. Waited till 4 pm Sunday the next day and called him. He said I'll call you right back, with a customer right now. NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL and I was supposed to pick up the car the next day. Monday came and still no call. I called him and he gave me the run around for about 4 hours before I got him on the phone. He told me that they "Sold it" and it was gone. If I wanted a deep red one we could "PURSUE THIS FURTHER". Then he said they had another blue one and stopped taking my calls. I called the next day to speak to a manager and told him to cancel the deal on tuesday and give me a refund. A week later still was waiting for my refund untill I called again and they said I need to come in or give them the credit card numbers over the phone. HELLO!?! you could have told me that a week before. He was just so rude. Never shopping there again. More

Jon Verrier was the reason we moved forward with our recent trade in of a 2010 Jeep Cherokee for a fully loaded 2012 Overland Jeep Grand Cherokee. While we had other available car options from various Jeep dealerships, Jon’s ability to listen, provide relevant facts/options, and lead us through a friendly non-pressure sales process helped us evaluate different cars, and pick the best Jeep for our needs and desired budgets, in one day. In addition to getting my wife and I a great car at a great price, Jon and the Jeep Garden City team made the entire process and experience friendly, professional and transparent. I have purchased many cars in my life, but my recent experiences with Jeep Garden City and Jon Verrier has proven to be my best experience yet. I bought a new car from here last September to give Chrysler a try, big mistake. The salesman Alix was the only positive about this dealership from purchase to service. When purhasing the car, the finance manager Tommy was terrible. Classic greasy dealership employee. Tried every trick in the book to add money including trying o sell a non Chrysler extended warranty at a Chrysler dealer. Rude and incredibly tasteless, I should have walked out then. I did oil changes myself but the first one required me to go back to the dealer for some unexplainable reason. I bought my own oil as I didn't trust them and waited almost 4 hours on a Saturday for a simple oil change. My last an only other service interaction was the last straw in my ownership.Plagued by a front end noise only in hot weather I brought my car back to them after a terrible experience with the Chrysler dealership closest to me, Eastchester Chrysler. Went in on a Saturday, st for almost 3 hours, thy didn't hear the noise. Didn't want it to be a wasted trip I drove the car away and said I would return when the noise started, 20 minutes later. Drove with the service manager Jim (who is a liar) and said he heard it and it was slightly more than normal and admitted something was wrong. The noise by the way was incredibly loud but he said Chrysler 200's are normally noisy...funny how mine wasn't for the first 13k miles. After wasting another Saturday, he said come back during the week and they will take care of it. Dropped it off, end of the day they tell me there is no noise and nothing is wrong. They ignore what their service manager heard in person and he did'nt seem to wnt to hold up his part of the deal to fix it, especially with a common issue for 200's where sway bar bushings an endlinks were replaced with only a few thousand miles. The new Chrysler products really are good and this simple problem was the onlyissue I had but on a new car I wasnt willing topay and repair it myself. The dealers are dirty old school sleaze centers and the service is incompetant. I would trust a Pep Boys over the 2 dealers I dealt with. Disgusting. More
This was by far one of the best experiences I have had when purchasing a new vehicle. The staff was friendly and did whatever they could to make the process as simple and quick as possible. I purchased a brand new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Andre and I have to say he is a class act.
