I was looking at leasing a crossover but since I was test driving and I'd always loved the look of the Charger I figured I'd stop in to Garden City Chrysler Jeep Dodge for a spin. Germaine had just walked i driving and I'd always loved the look of the Charger I figured I'd stop in to Garden City Chrysler Jeep Dodge for a spin. Germaine had just walked in with his lunch but stopped to ask if I needed help. He left his lunch at his desk and took me on a test drive. Being the only sedan on my list of possible new vehicles, I was really just looking...but that car won me over! And Germaine was great...he didn't pressure me (call or email incessantly) while I thought about buying but also didn't forget about me, he actually checked in at the exact right time. I ended up buying the demo car that John had been driving (and that I tested) and he made me an offer I couldn't refuse :) When it was time to meet with Tom about the financing, I was nervous but he made me feel comfortable, never pushed, and he was very honest and straightforward. Bottom line...the guys at GC CJD are great! Even now, a month later, Germaine called to check in and make sure I'm happy with my new Charger (and I am!). I had a good experience purchasing my vehicle but the Service Department is horrible. The fact that my brand new Jeep needed to be taken in for warranty repairs after just owning it one month was strange Service Department is horrible. They are inefficient, do not communicate well, forget about you and your vehicle, do not return phone calls and cannot answer questions. I have purchased new cars previously and dealt with other dealerships and have never had the problems I have experience here. More
