It's been a little over a week since I rolled my beautiful 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee off the lot and I cannot be happier. My last vehicle purchase I was at the dealership for close to three hours. From waiting for a salesman to help to reaching an agreement and then seconds later be hit with an extra $2,000 dollar cleanup fee, it was terrible. I arrived at Garden City Jeep expecting the same, but it was the complete opposite I was in and out in, in less than an hour. Overall the environment once you walk into the showroom is friendly and active. I would like to thank and recommend my man Ari Entes for being honest and straight forward. He didn't throw any typical salesman tactics during the lease purchase and he understood what I was looking for. I wanted a black Jeep at around XXX.xx price and together we made it work. I can't speak for any other vehicles but I love my new Jeep and I highly recommend checking out the Limited version. Go see Ari, definitely bust his chops and tell him Jon sent you. More

After negotiating over the phone for a few days we came to a fair price and I placed a deposit on the car. I then filled out all the financing papers at there request. I asked them to acknowledge that I was getting the promotional financing amount as we had previously discussed. He polity said let me check....then he says he cant tell me the rate over the phone...I then ask why...HE THEN GOES ON THE ASK ME WHY WANT YOU JUST COME IN DO YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE WE DONT GIVE TERMS OUT OVER THE PHONE-I explain that I live 4 hours away and cant drive not knowing the terms of the loan-( fyi this is for a 40k dollar jeep)-They refuse to give me the details of the loan even though they took my deposit, took my application and ran my credit---BAIT AND SWITCH WAITING TO HAPPEN---AVOID AND DONT TRUST THEM More
