I came to Garden City Jeep with an open mind as I never purchased a vehicle through them in the past. Honestly my expectations were low. When I first visited Garden City Dodge, my wife and I were greeted by Dan Tibbs. He spent quite a bit of time with us talking to us about our new car needs and wants. He took us on test drives of the 2 were greeted by Dan Tibbs. He spent quite a bit of time with us talking to us about our new car needs and wants. He took us on test drives of the 2014 Durango V6 and Hemi V8 models. Dan was very understanding when we explained that we weren't quite ready to buy yet, but we would be in the next 1 - 2 months. There were no high pressure tactics on his part or on the part of the management team...unlike a lot of dealerships out there. Dan kept in touch with us over the course of the next few weeks by email and phone to keep us informed as to what vehicles were in stock and that he was available when we were ready. When we finally did make it back to the dealership, Dan wasn't available that day....but Alix St. Fort was. With his help, we finally narrowed down our choice of vehicle to the 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel AWD V6...the perfect truck to meet our needs. He placed our order and we patiently waited for our truck to arrive from the factory. And when it finally did arrive, my heart almost skipped a beat when I saw it for the first time. It really was perfect. Alix helped us with the final paperwork and Tom in finance helped us through the final process in walking out the door with our new truck. From start to finish, everyone at Garden City Dodge - sales staff, management and finance staff - made us feel like truly valued customers. They were knowledgeable about their vehicles, receptive to the needs of their customers, and respectful to their customers. Within two minutes of being assured that a sales person would be over to assist us shortly, Ari introduced himself with a very friendly at walked in. I went into Garden City Dodge looking to buy a SUV with the worst credit imaginable. We sat with Ari for a few hours, first taking a test drive in a Jeep Compass, which I fell in love with. He was down to earth and not once did it feel like he was just trying to make the sale irregardless of our situation. I got the perfect vehicle for my little family. Ari is not your stereo-typical, pushy, over the top salesman. He understands his customers and develops a very amicable and working relationship with them. He never tried to push an immediate deal on me. He knew that I wanted to wait it out to see if a better deal would come. He is honest and always willing to try to make it work. My first car buying experience was perfect, this is why I went back to the same dealer and salesperson. In addition, the manager John and Alex were great too. Because of them the entire dealership works together like a team, it trickles down to their salespeople. For example, one day I went to see Ari and he was out sick. John told me he would hook me up with another salesperson. I told them I would come back because I was committed to Ari and I didnt' want him to lose a sale. I was assured that this would never happen in this dealership. There is no back-stabbing or selling out of each other. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FAMILY ORIENTED. All of these postiive attributes is what makes a customer car buying experience less stressful and more pleasant. Thank you for the great service and professionalism.
