i came to garden city jeep to trade in my 2009 Wrangler Unlimited for a Grand Cherokee. i bought my Jeep originally at Westbury Jeep and had nothing but bad experiences with the service department there. My husband and i were very happy with Alix St.Fort, he did everything he could to make us happy with our decision to switch over to Garden City. We will be in the market for another car in a few months and will diffidently pay Alix another visit. I recently leased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Garden City Jeep and couldn't be happier with the car or the experience. I was referred to Eddie Zuniga in sales to help me with finding the right car for City Jeep and couldn't be happier with the car or the experience. I was referred to Eddie Zuniga in sales to help me with finding the right car for me. Eddie was patient, informative and friendly through the entire sales process. He answered all my questions ranging from available options in the different models to actually showing all the different features in the car on the day I picked it up. Eddie communicated with me each step of the way on what he needed from me & what was going to happen next in order for me to get the car. He was also super flexible and quite accommodating. My first preference was to pick the car up over the weekend but at the time nothing was available for me. One of Eddie's colleagues, Karen, called me as soon as a spot opened up on Saturday to see if I still wanted to come in over the weekend but I had decided that Monday was going to be a better option for me to pick up my car. Eddie arranged for another one of his colleagues to pick me up from the train station after work so I could pick up my car without having to get a family member to drive me to the dealership. This was a huge help for me & one that I really appreciated. I also spent a bit of time with Tom, the Finance Manager, going over all the details of my lease, the payments and my options. He too answered all my questions and was very friendly throughout the process. Eddie spent a good 30-45 minutes with me showing me all the ins & outs of the car when I was picking it up - other dealerships have rushed through this process in 10-15 minutes & I could barely remember everything they showed me. Eddie worked with me to get everything just right.The day after getting my car, Eddie called to check in with how I was liking the car & offered to answer any questions that might come up. I can't thank the crew at Garden City enough for everything they did for me! The service is top-notch all around. Everyone gets along great with their colleagues and they all work together as a team. Everyone at the dealership had a very positive, energetic air to them. I think I smiled the entire time I was there! This is now the fourth car I've leased and this was by far the best experience I've had. There are probably 3 Jeep dealerships closer to my house than Garden City but it's definitely worth the trip to deal with a team like theirs. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. I'm sure everyone there is great but if you have an opportunity, definitely ask for Eddie, he was nothing short of fantastic. More

With the attention and friendliness that Ari and Alex showed to us, we knew we were in the right place and we wouldn't have to look any further. The added benefit of getting a good price for a car that fits our needs perfectly, put our mind at ease that we found where we will be going for all our car needs. He was not a pushy sales associate...he made us feel very comfortable while making our decision and when we finally came back a 3rd time to make our deal Adam and Sales Manager John Negri were great and the negotiating process was NOT a painful one, but a pleasant one. Also Tom McGuinnes the finance manager who help us was also very patient with me on the phone before delivery of the van because i had alot of questions regarding the lease. And finally at the time of delivery Tom was very quick with paperwork, polite to my wife and kids and had us on our way very, very happy in our 2014 Chrysler Town & Country!!
