On my way home that same day I stopped by Garden City Jeep and dealt with Lex Rose. I explained to him about my trade and he being the professional that he is said let us see what we can do. Thanks to Lex and the managers Karen and Alex, I am now driving a Jeep Cherokee Sport. Worst experience EVER!! My daughters first car purchase and we never negotiated a down payment --we were clear we were only trading in her car.
