These guys absolutely suck....... Garden City Jeep Sucks the Most. The most unprofessional attitude from "Charles" in the service department we have ever come across. We needed a tire Garden City Jeep Sucks the Most. The most unprofessional attitude from "Charles" in the service department we have ever come across. We needed a tire pressure sensor that they didn't have in stock. He claimed he "called all over" and nobody had one. He lied to our face. We found one at a dealer less than four miles away in stock. He then offered we should go get it ourselves. Every time we have had to deal with this service department over the last two years we have had a terrible experience. NO MORE ! We are absolutely done with these guys !!!! We LOVE Jeeps, but we will never go back to Garden City again. We can spend our hard earned money anyplace else and be much more happy. More

Lex can answer any question about the car you want. He was so nice too my family and my kids loved him. I came in and had questions about a trade in, he sat their and explained everything I needed to know and ran the numbers so I can have a idea want I was going to pay. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed, its seemed like he really cared and he was a pleasure to work with. Not many people can say that about a dealer. I also worked with Alex Gomez, he's a manager. Alex remembered me, my wife and my son from the LAST car I bought 3 years ago!! He went above and beyond to get me the numbers I needed. I can honestly say I was treated like family. Lex and Alex are great all around guys. When I went to deal with the finance manger I dealt Karen. She was awesome too, nice friendly lady who took her time and took care of us. After we signed the paperwork and took the car home, a day later Karen calls and tells me she got me a better deal!!! No other dealership will continue to look out for you once the paper work is complete. I will never buy a Dodge/Jeep from any other dealership. Beyond amazing!! More

Horrible service center So i am now waiting for my third service appointment for the exact same issue. My 2014 Chrysler 300S has less than 4k miles and the optional panoramic So i am now waiting for my third service appointment for the exact same issue. My 2014 Chrysler 300S has less than 4k miles and the optional panoramic sunroof has a horrible squeaking and rattle noise. Both previous appointments i was told foam pads were installed to prevent the noise, both times the rattle came back very shortly after picking up vehicle. If its not correctly fixed this time then i will go through the corporate offices and file a official complaint. The service department also has people valet the vehicles who obviously cannot park because after arriving home i noticed two small dings on my rear bumper and it looks exactly like they backed into another cars license plate bracket. I would never suggest this dealers service center to anyone. On the contrary the pre owned sales department is top notch and James was extremely helpful and polite. More
