You have Aliyah from customer service who was very kind and attentive when helping me to the right departments. She is very knowledgeable as well. Zee from the parts department was also very kind and knowledgeable and was able to explain what I needed so I could understand as I do not know "car lingo". Cindy from customer service was also very helpful get to the right people and departments. And last but definitely not least was Ahmed, the Warranty Administrator, who took the time to delve deep into finding out more information from Chrysler Customer Care to make sure the problem with the vehicle was taken care of. These days it is rare to find such a wonderful group of people who care about you and the hiccups that come with maintaining a vehicle. I truly wish everyone was as warm and inviting as they are. It would definitely make the world better. More
I bought a 2021 grand Cherokee L from this dealership. The sales department was okay which should've been the first red flag. I just didn't expect the service department to be worse. The power steering light popped up randomly while driving 50mph on the highway. The steering became very difficult to maneuver while making any turns. The light turned came off about 8-10 hours after I turned off the vehicle and turned it back on. After about a week, the problem became consistent. I would have to randomly turn the car on and off at stop lights hoping that the system would reset. After trying and failed a few times I decided to contact the dealership to have the car looked at. I called on 1/28/2022 and spoke with Alyeah regarding the issue and she confirmed my car with the VIN #. She spoke with a service advisor & loaner coordinator. Around noon, I received a call back from Alyeah to have the car brought back in for service. I asked if I can come on Saturday but there were no loaners available for the weekend. I booked an appointment to have the car brought in on 2/4/2022 before 4pm. Upon arrival around 3:30pm at the dealership, I met with service advisor Kevin. Before he checked the car in, he spoke to ERNESTO whomever he may be. Kevin then tells me that the issue is known with all of their Jeep Grand Cherokee L and there is no resolution at the moment. At this point I'm furious for two reason: wasting my time and I have been taking the train to work for two weeks since the issue became persistent. NOW, this is when it went from bad to worse. This is the "VIP" service I have received. ERNESTO (with an attitude) stating it's a software issue and they don't have a resolution for it. The first thing I said to is there is no need for an attitude. I told ERNESTO that this is about safety. He told me all I need to do is when the light comes on is to pull over, shut the car off, open the door and that should reset the system. (My face had xxx!!! written all over it). I asked why I was even asked to bring the car in if this is a known issue?? He said the people I spoke with over the phone are just cashiers. The way he said that was very demeaning. First off, Alyeah had to spoke to someone to tell me that they might have to replace the steering. Secondly, Kevin my service advisor also mentioned he had ordered replacement of the steering in some of the vehicles but then Chrysler cancelled the orders when they figured out that it was a software issue. I requested to speak to a manager. For whatever the reason there was no service manager in so I spoke to the sales manager Jason. Now the sales manager Jason starting speaking to me based on the information that was given to him by ERNESTO. I had to immediately stop him when he said unfortunately we have to take the loaner back because Chrysler won't pay. I told him I was never in a loaner. I explain everything again. He was very apologetic. I made it very clear to him that I would write a review on every platform possible. He asked that I hold off my reviews until 2/7/2022 because he would like to try and resolve the issue. He said that the manager is less likely to assist if I post the reviews. He said and I quote "I will personally follow up with you on Monday”. Jason the sales manager never called me like he promised. Instead, Ernesto called stating there is nothing they can do but bring the vehicle back in and have it looked at but of course the time has to work for the service department. 2/8/2022, I haven't received a call from anyone so I decided to follow up with them in order for the service department to follow up back with me. It took me a total of 10 times to get someone on the phone (see attached photo). I believe I've done my due diligence in giving the service department a chance to provide a solution to the unsettling experience I've had with this dealership from the sales to service department. TL;DR version: For *excellent* service, call; do *not* use the dealership's Web site! My 2018 Pacifica Hybrid needed a recall inspection, and I made an appointment a month in advance via the Garden Cit use the dealership's Web site! My 2018 Pacifica Hybrid needed a recall inspection, and I made an appointment a month in advance via the Garden City Chrysler Jeep Dodge Web site, where I clicked the option to receive a call prior to the appointment to discuss some concerns. I didn't get a call, and when I arrived at the dealership on time last week, I was told that I wasn't able to be inspected because they were only able to meet demand from customers who'd bought their vehicles there (I hadn't, but it's my closest dealership for service), and that I shouldn't have been able to make the appointment. After significant discussion, I was told I could return in two days for the inspection, but was not given an actual appointment. I was quite unhappy, and posted my story as a rating on Yelp! and Google. In less than 24 hours, I received a call from Rhonda Saunders, the customer care manager. She and I discussed the situation, and she made sure that my van would be seen and worked on as promised. In fact, she *insisted* that I bring it in so the shop could make the situation right. I arrived at 8 a.m. the following day as directed, was immediately seen, and my van was inspected, passed and returned to me later the same afternoon. Bottom line: while the dealership's Web site is a very bad way to interact with the service department (and I'm told they're following up on the situation with those responsible for the Web site), the actual people servicing customers and vehicles are excellent professionals who go the extra mile (pun intended) to ensure customer satisfaction. Avoid the Web site, call directly for service, and you'll be well taken care of. More

I just bought a gorgeous new hybrid plug-in Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. Our salesperson, Steven Zozzaro, showed great patience and knowledge in explaining the many details of this four wheel drive v from this dealership. Our salesperson, Steven Zozzaro, showed great patience and knowledge in explaining the many details of this four wheel drive vehicle and the electric motor component and basically throughout every step of test driving and purchase. He was always very courteous, respectful and accommodating of our schedule even after we made the purchase and left the lot with the vehicle. We stopped by this dealership multiple times as part of researching our purchase. We also visited at least two other Jeep dealers in the area and found them to be far less impressive an operation as Garden City Jeep and Steven. So we decided to just deal with them. Also everyone we needed to speak with from the people who guide you into their parking lot, to reception and finance were very professional, courteous and attentive. Thank you! More
