Eddie saves the day! I recently bought a Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon from Eddie Zungia-Martinez at Garden City Jeep. Prior to meeting with Eddie I had spent close to 5 hour I recently bought a Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon from Eddie Zungia-Martinez at Garden City Jeep. Prior to meeting with Eddie I had spent close to 5 hours trying to negotiate a deal with the previous sales representative (who I won't mention by name) and sales manager (who is no longer employed at GC Jeep) to no avail. The process was extremely painful and frustrating. Against my better judgement I came back to the dealer two days later, as they had the exact model and color I was searching for, and made another attempt to strike a fair and honest deal. As luck would have it I had the opportunity to sit down with Eddie upon my return. Let's just say I couldn't have been happier by the way Eddie handled the entire process. He was professional and he negotiated honestly, in good faith, and I could tell he was extremely focused on delivering a superior customer experience. Eddie renewed my faith in the dealer and literally save the deal. My only gripe is that Eddie is a Patriot's fan.... Oh well nobody's perfect, not even the Patriot's in 2007..... Go Giants.   More

Misdiagnosed vehicle 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee wouldn't start. I brought it in for service and it was misdiagnosed and I was charged $1,600. The issue remained and jeep would not fix it free of charge. I would think the service department would be able to fix the manufactured car they offer. Instead they ripe you off and try and take your money. More
