We weren't negotiating but Lex engaged us in the dance to entice us into making a sale. It wasn't overly high pressure and I think Lex believed we were posturing to make a deal rather than actually trying to leave. In the end, a very fair deal was offered and we decided it was worth jumping into. We shook hands on the details and Lex promised his hand shake was good (some of the details were not on the sales bill). When we met with the finance manager, there was a discrepancy. We quickly got a hold of Lex and he straitened out the matter. That made us very happy. More
