I been buying new cars from many dealers for over 30 years, and I must say Anthony was great. He took the time to answer all my questions, what options I had and very knowledgeable about the Jeep Summit I purchased. Also the followup after the sale was great, Anthony called me twice to see and make sure I was happy and everything was good. Tom in finance also was great, he worked hard to get me the right deal, he also is assisting me on another matter. Shows how these guys care about what they do. The service Department i have t say was great too, I had a light on the dash board come on and called and spoke to Tom Bolger in the service department and he had me come in the same day to see what my concerns were, I would highly recommend Garden City Dealership. Go see Lex Rose I worked With Lex Rose on a lease of a fully loaded 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. Lex was professional and Honest. He Fought for me against the sale I worked With Lex Rose on a lease of a fully loaded 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. Lex was professional and Honest. In the end Lex got me out of my $21,000 Nissan Rogue and in to a $37,000 town and country for the exact same monthly payment. Ask for Lex! More

Garden City Jeep Requires Damage it Causes Be Fixed There Leased a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland on 11/30/13 for 3 1/2 year lease. At second service the truck was in for two recalls and an oil change. At con Leased a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland on 11/30/13 for 3 1/2 year lease. At second service the truck was in for two recalls and an oil change. At conclusion of service, was about to drive away and noticed damage to the door. Called the service manager over who immediately admitted it was caused by the dealership (as the car was pristine when it arrived) and he promised to take care of it. I made sure he knew from the start I would not be using their body shop, I wanted it fixed at my body shop so I could control the quality and assure I would not be charged excess wear and tear at conclusion of lease. Metallic black paint cannot simply be touched up or compounded. I don't know if just the door has to be repainted or if the entire side has to be repainted so it matches. Why did I have to catch the damage just before I drove away? Why wasn't I informed that it was damaged by the service representative? If I drove away, it would have been my responsibility. The service manager had to be chased down a few times because he was not returning calls. When he came to phone, he finally says that my body shop is asking more for the repair of the damaged than the dealer's body shop. I asked him to call and work it out with my body shop, as I knew my body shop was reasonable. The sales manager is refusing to say what his body shop is asking or fax a copy of the estimate he supposedly got. He also failed to call my body shop to get him to match what his body shop is allegedly willing to do it for. Is it $25 for a touchup and compound or $500 for repainting the door ? My body shop says he can consider matching the dealer's body shop but does not know what he is competing with. This was a month ago. Service manager refused to return calls and I then tried to get the sales manager to intervene. He promised to call me back twice and has not. why do I have to chase them to get compensated for the damage it admits it caused? Why do I have to spend so much of my time chasing this? I then tried Jeep, the corporation. Jeep refuses to intervene, saying its between me and the dealership, even though the dealership is hijacking the Jeep brand image and experience with the product. Jeep (the corporation) claims I have to have it fixed with the dealership if I want a warranty on the repair. I don't want a warranty on the repair...I want it fixed so that it is done right and so I don't get charged excess wear and tear. Dealership has to pay me and compensate me for the damage it caused. I have no obligation to fix it whether its through their body shop or not. More
