Mr. Persuad although a comedian, he did wonders with numbers. Mr. Negri managed the situation appropriately by treating me as an individual and not another sale. What a wonderful experience. I cannot begin to express the customer care & professionalism I received at this dealership. I had gone to the Syosset dealership 3 days prior looking I cannot begin to express the customer care & professionalism I received at this dealership. I had gone to the Syosset dealership 3 days prior looking to lease a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. After being there for over 3 hours I left feeling very deflated. I was told sorry we can't give you what you want & they basically told me pick a small car (when I wanted a pick up) & we can do something for you. I decided to try this dealership & was greeted byicharl. What a difference a person can make. I purchased the truck of my dreams for the price that I wanted to be in. He was professional, courteous, understand & patient.(I'm not the easiest person to deal with). He made sure he was there every step of the way. Completely satisfied is an understatement. What a smooth experience I recently went to garden city jeep to lease a car from a long time business friend John Negri.I have been dealing with John for many years and have I recently went to garden city jeep to lease a car from a long time business friend John Negri.I have been dealing with John for many years and have always been happy.During my visit I was introduced to Anthony Dash who works with John Negri.Anthony was very helpful in showing me different vehicles I was interested in,and took plenty of time letting me demo them..There is a reason I keep returning to garden city jeep,it's because of people like John Negri and Anthony Dash who go out of their way to get people the best deal available!! Hours of life gone because of Andre Smith Between my family and I, we have purchased and leased cars totaling 4+ cars at Rallye BMW, 1 at Bayside BMW, 1 at Massapequa Infiniti, 2 at Levittown Between my family and I, we have purchased and leased cars totaling 4+ cars at Rallye BMW, 1 at Bayside BMW, 1 at Massapequa Infiniti, 2 at Levittown Honda, 1 at Jeep in Levittown, and now one this week at a dealership at another Dodge, Jeep, and Chrystler all taking place in the last 13-14 years. My wife and I wasted countless hours dealing with their "top salesman Andre Smith" on Monday. I would never refer anyone, especially a female or anyone who knows what they want and that are internet savvy to Andre or to this dealership. During the late evening on the Saturday after Thanksgiving of 2014, Andre called me and said the car we wanted was available and would need my credit card to hold the car until our appointment scheduled for Monday at 6:30-6:45 (only because Andre was off Sunday). We later found out there was a "contest" that ended Monday night (I do want to say my wife and I are both in sales and are apathetic towards goals). This turned out to be a fictitious car with a price that never existed. This sales tactic was used to help force urgency and to guarantee my wife and I to arrive at an appointment that never truly existed. I, thankfully out of respect and due to spine issues called, to confirm our appointment. He said the only opening was at 3:00 pm. My wife at this point took over during the few minutes she had to have lunch and Andre insulted my wife by telling her, "you are a difficult customer". At this point it was clear he spoke down to my wife. Andre was told what we were looking for and delivered the complete opposite. When the internet was used between him and my wife he not only lacked in product knowledge, but my wife had to inform him of the details and options offered in the vehicle. During this time he continued to try and push the vehicle we did not want and create a sense of urgency to physically going to the dealership and purchase the unwanted car. Andre wouldn't even consider faxing the credit application document in order to get us to drive to the dealership. Lying and being deceitful is unacceptable. I have had two major back surgeries that limit my physical abilities to sit and stand for hours depending on the day, which Andre was made aware of from the very beginning. To sum this up, Andre and this dealership played many games to get us into any car as they mysteriously didn't have the car from Saturday night's phone conversation. Truth be told in this case, I found another dealership getting us the exact car we initially wanted, all the while using today's technology (internet and fax) to complete the leasing agreement which is going to save the wife and I not only pain due to my recent surgery, but time to spend together.
