He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in which was the 2015 Jeep Grand Cheorkee Limited (Luxury II). On the night we went to pick it up we did not arrive at the dealership until around 8 PM and by the time we got done with Finance it was nearly 10:30. Despite this, Brian took his time walking us through every feature of the vehicle (which was particularly important someone like me who has never owned a newer vehicle). Brian also noticed that the car could have used a more thorough polishing and rather than just not mentioning it to us, he made sure to raise the issue and ensure that the car received the proper polishing job that it deserved. To top it off... when I drove off in the vehicle I embarrassingly couldn't figure out how to turn off a light in the vehicle so I went back. At this point, the dealership was locked but I spotted Brian inside and when I knocked he came right out and in a still very friendly fashion he helped me figure out the issue. More
