Excellent Service I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a oil change, a recall and a radio update. They were able to do the oil change, and radio update. The recall was also done but the radio still didn't work. I was gonna make another appointment for them to order a part for the radio but that's when Mike K jumped in. He was great and attentive to the situation. He went to the back and made them run another scan on the radio and that's when the notice the radio needed another update but this time on the amplifier.
