Dishonest dealer Purchased a used Liberty from this dealership in August, when I brought it back in November with under 3000 mile added since Aug was told I needed wor Purchased a used Liberty from this dealership in August, when I brought it back in November with under 3000 mile added since Aug was told I needed work to the rear end. Ok no problem, good thing I bought the extra warranty. Was told on completion that it's not a warrantied part. Why wasn't this taken car of before I bought the car then I asked. It didn't need it then was the reply. 2,900 miles apparently was enough to cause the need. Michael the advisor was no help and apparently uses deceitful tactics. Be aware when dealing with him or any one else from this dealership. More

Worst dealer We saw a pre-owned vehicle on-line at this dealership, so I called to see if it was still available. I called 3 times and each time got disconnected. There is a "chat" function, so I chatted with the person about the car (still available) and made an appointment to see the car in the evening. We drove 40 minutes to see the car. When we arrived the manager greeted us , but was leaving for the night. All the sales people were conversing around a service desk, no seemed interested in helping us. Finally, someone came over and we told them we had an appointment to see the car. He checked, but the car had been sold at auction and was no longer on the lot. Big waste of time. Would never buy a car here. More
