Now, I would think that would be a sales mans dream.We left disappointed and empty handed. Peter seemed completely uninterested in actually working with us on what fit our budget. We literally sat in a showroom car for an hour for him to bring us a two quotes. When he returned we discovered that he completely ignored everything we had discussed and brought us very limited information. I couldn't have expressed any deeper desire to walk out of there with a new Jeep, and we were treated as if we were wasting his time. After all as said and done we left with nothing because "their computer was down" This all happened over the course of 3 hours! I've gotten completely quoted on former vehicles in 30-60 minutes, ready to sign! The lack of actual customer service was appalling and completely turned me off. Complete waste of my time. More
