I highly reccomend this dealership to anyone who's in line for a fine MOPAR product... The brand new showroom is so beautiful and extravagant and very spacious. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the front door and the receptionist located Andre for me. Richard in finance was also great in helping me out!!! All 6 of my purchases have been through Andre, as well as family members and collegues I've reccomended to him for a vehicle purchase or lease and he's always a gem. Lack of Communication, and unprofessional I currently own a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. Has Approximately 45,000 miles on it, warranty expired not too long ago, never had any type of warran I currently own a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. Has Approximately 45,000 miles on it, warranty expired not too long ago, never had any type of warranty claim prior to my warranty expiring on the car. Once my warranty expired all the problems started happening. Long story short, car started to drive very rough, wasn't absorbing pot holes, felt like a weight was being dropped in the back every time you accelerated, whenever you turned you would hear and feel vibrations as if something was rubbing against something. Took it to westbury jeep at least 6 times trying to fix the problem, paid about $3000 thinking/being told it was fixed, but never was. 12/01/15 Got tired of that dealer, called SRT corporate opened a new case, they told me to choose the next closest dealership, and one that had decent reviews and they would oversee the entire service job, and make sure everything ran smoothly. So I chose Garden City Jeep, even though it had mediocre reviews. The service adviser I dealt with was Mike Kublal, who no longer works there, he was very informative and helped me through every step of the way with SRT corporate as well as oversaw the entire service job. He was able to communicate with SRT corporate explain that all the stuff happened correlated with one another. After about a 3-4 weeks car was fixed, SRT corporate covered the job, because they considered it a "good will" because my warranty was expired, which i find to be absurd because when my car was still in warranty Westbury Jeep didn't fix the problem, and I had already paid $3000+ and drove with the problem still. So after it was fixed with Mike Kublal, about a month later 2/1/16 the problem started to happen again, and this time the ride started to come back rough, as well as the service 4wd Light came on. Mind you that its only been about a month or so after it was fixed. So I called Garden City Jeep to make an appointment, was told by Mike Kublal to go see Tom Boulger. Bad choice that was. Explained the situation, he said schedule an appointment come in and we will take care of it. Since my hours for work are 6Am to 7PM, by the time I leave they aren't open and come home they are closed. So i had my girlfriend go and drop it off, and he was very unprofessional with her, and somewhat rude to her, as she was just relaying messages for me, because I am the one who usually drives the car not her. Telling her that they have to charge me to run a "diagnostic check", when I told them it was the same exact problem that they "fixed" a month ago. Figured I call SRT corporate again to get them involved. They diagnosed the problem saying that the computer system for the 4wd system had to be upgraded and it would cost 2 hours of labor...which I don't understand how you can charge 2 hours of labor just to update a system software, unless a tech is physically sitting there for 2 hours, that's xx to me. As I am trying to get SRT corporate to contact Tom he is constantly unreachable, I would leave messages, the SRT representative would leave messages, and never get calls back. Finally I miss his call saying car is ready, call him back left a message saying please call SRT corporate as they want to talk and see whats the status and hopefully they would cover it. Never called. As I am in a enterprise loaner covered by SRT corporate cause they wouldn't give me a loaner car, they only offered me the loaner car for 5 days, and its rounding 5 days, I had to return it even though he didn't settle with SRT corporate about the bill, because he never called her back whatsoever. I was like Ill pay for it for it first then get reimbursed back by SRT corporate. In the end, avoid this dealership at all cost, they are very unprofessional, will overcharge you, don't return calls. They just want to make the most money, because I am sure if SRT corporate covers something, they legally have to charge a lower rate, so I am assuming thats why he never wanted to talk to the SRT representative. More

While waiting for the work to be performed I paid a visit to Andre Smith who has sold me two vehicles in the past 3 years. Andre is THE friendliest and most knowledgeable individual I have ever met in the automotive industry. We shared some friendly banter and he made sure all of my needs were taken care of. Since the remodeling of the dealership, it is truly a pleasure to have my car serviced at Garden City Dodge where the FREE coffee is never ending as is the personal attention one gets from the entire CAN DO CREW! More

We went back when our leases were up and we found out that Andre was promoted to management but he took time to help us with our new purchase and lease. I sent my sister over to him and he helped her with her new lease this past December. I always visit him when i get my oil $8 oil changes and free inspections. More

I was on hold for ten minutes, passed to various people then passed to an assistant manager(woman) who was rude and hung the phone up on me. Back in 6/2015, the service advisor told us the dealership went under a major organization change to reflect customer service. The management needs to be changed. I don't need a manager being rude and hanging the phone up on me when I asked her name. Garden City Jeep needs to visit Garden City Mazda and learn customer service from the entire staff. I love jeeps, but will not purchase one due to the terrible service and the way we are treated. I bought a 2014 Mazda CX5 and I am very happy with the dealership and the service. More
