Anthony is very competent, professional, knowledgeable and keeps you well informed throughout the entire process and lets you know what he and his staff are doing to accommodate the customer. Highly recommended. Also dealt with Tommy Bolger and technician Ron. All of these gentlemen who are all in service dept are phenomenal. Everybody's very thorough, competent and caring. Alex Lopez happily set me up with my loaner vehicle and throughout the process the owner Mike Villani was always in the mix keeping in touch as well. I expected the classic " oh we sold that one out". Not so, Andre showed me the truck I wanted at the advertised price. The paperwork went smoothly and I picked up the truck two days later. I received a much better deal than my local dealer, who I previously purchased 4 comes from. More

One month prior, I test drove a Jeep Summit at Garden City and while I fell in love with the interior and overall design of the car, the price tag exc One month prior, I test drove a Jeep Summit at Garden City and while I fell in love with the interior and overall design of the car, the price tag exceeded my firm budget. After receiving a phone call from the sales manager and visiting several dealerships and receiving "less than favorable" service, I returned to Garden City to try and negotiate the price. My salesman, David Hyatt, again heard my requirements and communicated back and forth between myself and "the powers that be" to lower the price and add on accessories. While I wasn't overly pleased with the final price, I decided to proceed with the purchase and see if the finance manager could offer any further incentives before I walked away from the deal. The following day, I was brought to the office of Chase Manning, who had my documentation prepared and was ready to help me crunch the numbers. I immediately expressed to Chase that I was still unhappy with my deal, however I felt there was room for negotiation within the purchase price of the bumper to bumper insurance policy, amongst other things. Chase allowed me to speak my concerns, clarified specific terms and fully explained every line of the purchase agreement. As we approached the 3rd hour in his office, I revisited my hesitation about purchasing the car, as I still had several months remaining on my current lease. Chase confirmed this information with my salesman and instantly contacted the sales manager to offset the cost (which my salesman previously said was not possible). Chase spend over one hour waiting for a reply from the manager and proceed negotiate the amount, on my behalf. The new change in the purchase price required adjusting and reprinting of ALL of the financial documents, however Chase never complained and continued to answer an abundance of questions from me. Additionally, he was more than accommodating to my 7 year old daughter who was doodling and growing impatient as every hour passed. Needless to say, we finally closed the deal at 10:45 pm, and I drove away a happy camper. Chase turned a somewhat unpleasant car buying experience into a successful transaction with his knowledge, competence and patience. Thank you again. More
