Not only do they have an oil change program and service loaners set aside for set appointments they were able to take my old lease back to the dealer for me. Jonathan and Natalie listened to what happened, and then Jonathan drove over to my Jeep to get it started, and followed me back to the dealership to make sure it was OK. Before I could even ask what the next steps were, Jonathan had a service ticket filled out and asked me to wait inside for my ride home. Olivia was nice and I liked interacting with her, until it came time to crunch numbers. First, it was obvious that her manager was disrespectful to her. In fact, all the men in the building seemed to have attitudes and would only talk to my husband not me. He would not budge ONE PENNY off the sticker price. Not a penny. We ended up walking out. Olivia called everyday for the next 3 days to get us back. It was sad, like she had no power. She FINALLY was able to knock a measly $500 off. I told her I wanted the actual full price, nothing hidden, including all taxes, fees, etc. before we agreed. She told us the number and we accepted over the phone. When we got in that night, we had an appointment with a finance specialist. We waited over an hour anyway. When we finally met with this guy, he was like out of the movies. He was sneaky, rude, and tried to talk us out of our car and into a lease, and told us the only rates we were eligible for were ridiculously high. We finally settled and we’re about to sign on the dotted line when the total price was $3,000 above what Olivia told me. She had on a clueless face like “oh you didn’t calculate tax!” Despite my having asked her flat out. My husband and I walked.
