He keeps me informed of needed items to be ordered and follows up with me on setting up a time for the install or service. As a result of the care that is provided, we are considering to purchase their multiple service program. The sales group always says Hi when we come in and remembers our names. More

He keps me informed if anything extra neesa to be done either at the current and also what will be needed at the Leonard is always very professional.
