After there was some confusion on it being available at Garcia Honda, Scott got in touch with me and set it up to have it installed the next day. Everyone at the service center was polite and helpful. I appreciated that they admitted they hadn't done this install on another vehicle and couldn't say how long it would take, etc. The honesty was nice. More

Our first service experience was great. Just had our first oil change and inspection and had already driven 9,000 miles! That is wonderful for us as we drive it as a commuter car 80+ miles a day, 5 day first oil change and inspection and had already driven 9,000 miles! It took me about 2 hours to finish the services, it's pretty fast. And free car wash provided, I felt pretty good. I would like to keep maintenance here in the future. The customer service was "Great" due to a quick check-in from the drive-in bay, prompt service inside by an advisor and little wait for a courtesy shuttle as I was dropped off and picked up. The last point was a decider due to my not having any other means to get home and quite a waste of my time if I had to hang around the service center all day. The lesser "Good" ratings are due to my needing time to evaluate the quality of vehicle servicing done, but I do appreciate the notes about the front struts from the inspection done on my car. Also, it's been awhile since my last visit for service because I was a bit turned off by a less than friendly experience or two I had had in the past. I'm glad to say that that was not the case yesterday. Lastly, the "OK" for the cost of the servicing should not be surprising. Servicing usually costs more than you'd hope it might. I realize that the type of servicing probably required a lot of shop time, and in the end the advisor was able to take a little off the quoted price but it still hurt. Replacing the belts and pump was necessary and I needed the dealer to handle this one. So thank you! More

Took care of all issues for the right price and had me out of there in under 2hrs. The WIFI speed needs to be increased though to allow me to conduct my business easier while waiting.
