I live a charmed life. All the staff is friendly and make sure everything you might need is handled. Very satisfied I brought my car in for a trip check. I was promised the car in a couple of hours. I was called about some service issues and decided to go ahead wi I brought my car in for a trip check. I was promised the car in a couple of hours. I was called about some service issues and decided to go ahead with one of the suggestions. I waited a long time and finally contacted the service rep who promised me the car by 2PM. True to his word the car was ready at 2. When I went to pick up the car he offered me a very fair adjustment because I had to wait so long. I was very pleased with the service provided and Alan's helpfulness and demeanor. In addition to Alan I have returned numerous times to the service department with questions. In every case I was treated with respect and not felt like my question was silly. Before this car it was always my feeling that dealership service had an "out to get you" attitude. I will say the in every case I have been pleased with the service offered by Garcia Honda More
First service of new car I love Garcia Honda, when they say we, the customers, are part of the Honda family, they really mean it! I bought a new CRV in January this year (second car from Honda). I was truly appreciative of the care and consideration expended to me by Matthew T and his colleagues. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new purchase. I mention this because I did not receive a survey request after this purchase and I want to give thanks to Matthew T and his colleagues. I took my CRV in last Saturday for its first service. As usual Honda delivered first class service. More
Warranty/Service issue I had called to check if my passenger side visor was covered under my extended warranty. I initially spoke with another individual who said my warrant I had called to check if my passenger side visor was covered under my extended warranty. I initially spoke with another individual who said my warranty had ended in 03/2014. I asked since I had an extended warranty would this be covered? He said he would call, but didnt return my call. I called back and spoke with an indivdual named Dave. He was very helpful and stated he would not charge me and to bring my car in when I was ready. I brought it in and it was 530 close to closing time, but he still helped me. He had someone install it and we were out quick. He worked with me and got what I needed done. He showed me that Garcia Honda continues to have great customer service and I will continue to go back. Thank you, Dave! More

Good Service Department, Not a great dealership I had a horrible experience with Garcia in buying my most recent car. I have bought from them in the past and genuinely felt good about my history with them. The most recent buying experience was marked by incompetence, deceit, and frustration. If a man named Sequoia is trying to help with the sale run in the opposite direction! Needless to say, I likely won't be buying from them again. However, all that being said, I am continually impressed by the service department. Other than their phone system to set up appointments being a pain, the service is top notch! Theo and Keaton were fantastic, extremely helpful, caring and enthusiastic. It is clear that they not only care about their work, but they truly have a desire to do it well. If only this could be brought to their sales department! Thank you guys for starting to restore my faith in your company. More

Angel went over what my car needed service after initial inspection. I told Angel that I can't leave my car all day for all the works. Angel was able to arrange a loaner car for me so I can go to my appointment and errand. My car was ready before the estimated time and cost less than the estimate. I have my honda civic service by Garcia honda since 2001. Everybody is terrific. I recommend Garcia to my family and friends. More
