He did a great job of communicating with us throughout the process and was very friendly. Everything went exactly as we were told. The repairs were done correctly the first time and were done quickly too. Based on the service we received, we would never go anywhere else for service and will buy a new car from Garcia Honda again. Only complaint is they didn't reset my tire pressure light which makes me think they didn't check the press They did a good job and had great service. He provided a loaner car so we could take a previously planned car trip and kept in touch with us via several calls while waiting for parts. When the parts were installed he showed us the area concerned on another car being worked on in the shop. We were disapointed that our new car had a factory defect and that the parts needed were not available in the U.S., causing our car to be out of service for 3 weeks. We believe that Jon made the best of a manufacturing defect situation and appreciate his time and efforts. More

Came in Early, Left Earlier I had an appointment at 8:30, but was there at 7:30...they took me anyway and I got my car back before my actual appointment.
